Scott Blackburn
Scott Blackburn is a musician and Co-coordinator with Voices for Creative Nonviolence (formerly Voices in the Wilderness). He is also a Web Developer. In October 2005 he initiated and organized a solemn bell-ringing project, entitled "100,000 Rings", marking the anniversary of the publication of the Lancet estimate of the war-related death toll in Iraq.
