Tom Engelhardt

Tom Engelhardt, long time editor in publishing, runs the Nation Institute’s Tomdispatch.com ("a regular antidote to the mainstream media"). He is a co-founder of the American Empire Project (www.americanempireproject.com) and consulting editor at Metropolitan Books. He is the author of The End of Victory Culture, a history of American triumphalism and the Cold War, and The Last Days of Publishing. He is also coeditor of History Wars, the Enola Gay and Other Battles for the American Past.
